Terms & Conditions

For bookings of our pitch, do observe the following:

• A maximum of 20 kids is allowed for this package.

• Any addition is subject to additional cost to engage an assistant coach.

• In case of inclement weather, do inform us of your intent to postpone the booking no later than 15 minutes into the booking.

• All rescheduled bookings must be made within 2 weeks from the original date. We regret no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

• If you cancel or postpone the booking less than 2 weeks prior to the session, you are required to pay the full price of the booking.

• No outside food and drinks are allowed at The Arena or the areas around it.

• Fees starting from $300 may be imposed if external catering is found to be set up without our knowledge or written approval.

• Any additional logistics, such as sound systems, portable fans, air coolers, generators, DJ turntables that are not considered reasonable for a casual game of football have to be declared before booking our fields as loading, cleaning and servicing fees may apply in such instances.

• Fees starting from $500 will be applicable for such set-ups.
